Loggerhead Marsh Stewardship Association

Loggerhead Marsh is a Provincially Significant Wetland found on the west end of Peterborough. It is an important natural feature in our city due to its ecological and social value. The City of Peterborough has committed to protect the marsh but new development proposals now threaten its sensitive ecological state. The proposed development on the north side of the marsh, if it proceeds in its current form, would irreversibly harm Loggerhead Marsh and its wildlife.
